Covenant Health Alliance of Pennsylvania (CHAPa) is a clinically integrated delivery network serving Pennsylvania with a concentration in central Pennsylvania.  CHAPa was formed as a strategic venture between 12 not for profit faith-based (Anabaptist) organizations and Covenant Health Network. CHAPa was formed to strategically position the organizations within CHAPa to partner within the changing landscape of healthcare creating resident-centered systems of service which maximize outcomes, improve satisfaction and reduced costs.  As these high quality continuing care community organizations formed this strategic alliance, they  made a commitment to continuous process improvement in their quality of care and quality of life for the seniors they are privileged to serve.  This commitment is in system integration, training, data reporting as well as additional strategic initiatives.  This commitment positions CHAPa organizations to enter into value based purchasing agreements which align for quality of care while reducing total cost making Covenant Health Alliance of Pennsylvania the premier post-acute network partner for health systems and payors.
